Employee of the Month: Blanca (April)

Meet Blanca, our incredible Office Manager at the Meridian Branch, who joined Canyon on January 13th, 2025. Blanca came to Canyon in search of better work-life balance and found exactly that—alongside a supportive environment led by her Branch Director, Matt, who she says “listens and provides support.”

Blanca truly shines in Canyon’s team-oriented culture. She loves knowing she has a network of support from other offices and the corporate team, and her favorite part of the job is simply making people smile and being a helping hand whenever it's needed.

Since joining Canyon, she’s honed her skills in organizing processes, a strength that keeps her branch running smoothly. Her motivation? Living the dream her parents had when they came to America from Mexico—something she holds close to her heart every day.

Outside of work, Blanca enjoys fishing and hunting to unwind. And here's something you might not know—she holds a U.S. patent for a medical device! When it comes to food, she's all about Jimmy John’s sandwiches—her go-to for life!
