Congratulations Rob, Employee of the Month for April!

Rob joined Canyon Home Care and Hospice in July 2024 and serves as the Branch Director in our Ogden location. He was drawn to Canyon because of its strong reputation for valuing and retaining employees, and he has embraced that same philosophy in the way he leads and supports his team.

He appreciates the empowering culture at Canyon, where employees are given the tools they need to succeed and trusted to do their jobs without constant supervision. Like many in healthcare, Rob is driven by a passion for helping others. He is motivated each day by his family and by the hardworking team around him, always striving to keep up with their dedication and commitment.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing, and has recently caught the pickleball bug. He’s also known for his sense of humor—sharing that he occasionally gets mistaken for Brad Pitt or Chris Hemsworth. If he had to choose just one meal, it would be a combination of sushi and chicken wings.
