Employee(s) of the Month – Colorado Intake Team

This month, we’re recognizing not just one outstanding employee—but a team that has exemplified true compassion, strength, and unity. Please join us in celebrating Joccoa, Mandy, and Stacie, our Intake Team serving both the Loveland and Denver branches.

When their teammate Michelle was diagnosed with cancer in December—and again when her grandson faced an emergency health crisis this April—this incredible trio stepped up without hesitation. From shifting schedules and covering weekend shifts, to offering emotional and logistical support, they’ve carried the weight together so Michelle could focus on her family.

Their teamwork goes far beyond job descriptions. As Mandy shared, “They’ve become my friends, my support system…they are truly my family now.” Joccoa added, “We all deserve grace, understanding, and support when it’s our turn to go through something difficult.” And Stacie summed it up beautifully: “It’s not about me—it’s about what’s right for the team.”

Together, they’ve shown what it means to work with heart. Thank you, Joccoa, Mandy, and Stacie, for embodying the very best of Canyon’s values during a season when it mattered most.
